Subtle sweetness that was very pleasant. Nothing other then salt and pepper required. A maple walnut cheesecake. Again a unique flavor all its own and very tasty. But the best was I make peanut butter on occasion and I thought rather then use a little honey I'd try this. Probably the best peanut butter I've ever tasted.
