Can't comment on the durability as it's relatively new - but it looks and feels well made and I suspect it will last a while, so gave it 5* Also 5* to the seller - ordered one day came the next, even though we weren't really desperate for it, and the hose was extremely well packaged in it's own box with additional spare washers. Also forgot to say that it seems to be excellent value for money, being almost a 1/3rd of the cost of the german one it replaced which was only a couple of years old. It fit really well and it does the job, but I'm docking a star for a few reasons. One, it's an aesthetic reason and maybe it's just that I'm used to traditional shower hoses, but I think it looks a bit cheap. It doesn't feel cheap, but it looks cheap, YMMV. Two, water flow: I can't say for sure, but it feels slightly slower. Three, and this is the main one: it came coiled up in the box and because it's a plastic pipe and it's been stored like this for sometime, it is trying to retain the coiled shape all the time. I've straightened it out as much as I can, but because one of the features of this hose is that the tube is free to rotate within the connector (a nice feature, it stops it tangling up) the tube rotates and tries to coil up every time I use it which is annoying as it then refuses to hang down properly when I hang it back up. I'm hoping over time and with warm water flowing through it that it will continue to straighten out over time.
