Scan the QR code on the instructions and download a Google or Android app. You can also search for smart-home on IOS if you have got a QR scanner on your Apple device. Download - open and type in the code E4EP to unlock the software. there is a "register" button at the bottom and just type you email in and press the "code" button. Then check your email as you will receive a code (surrounded by Chinese writing - and may go into Junk). Type the code in and create a password and it logs you in.Once the software is loaded you press the + button to Add a device. Add the hub, which it lets you do by invoking its own QR scanner for the code on the bottom of the hub.
