I assembled it by myself after it arrived the next day morning.- Packaging: The cardboard boxing felt slightly damp. That same dampness when you pack something from Asia (or more humid countries) and deliver it to England ( a dryer country). Nothing was damaged and everything was packed separately, neatly inside the big box.- Delivery: I have Amazon Prime and the delivery was great, very fast, got it the morning after.- Assembling process: Was my first time putting a gaming chair toghether but it didn’t take more than 40 minutes. It came with a very clear instruction paper. There was some oil on the wheels so that they run smoother. It’s just a little bit but if you don’t like that oily feeling on your hands then it’s a small notice for you.- Apperance/comfortabilty: The chair looks sleek, very solid but comfortable enough. It’s not as soft as the Nitro Concept E200 but the arm rest is at perfect height and soft to rest your elbows or arms.
