Firstly these arrived on time, so they remain at 5 starsThey are very easy to use, so they are still at 5 starsNow, sound quality: I'm no audiophile, but I really love music and listen to several hours of it, every day, so the fact that I'm disappointed with the audio quality, must mean that it's really not that great at all. It's a little muffled sounding. Minus 1 star.Comfort: Ugh! These are pretty darned uncomfortable. I don't think I have a big head and I definitely only have little ears, so why these headphones are so tight, I have no idea. These make my ears so sore, I can't wear them for more than an hour. I'm an insomniac, and I either listen to music or watch films, for long periods of time. So that I don't disturb other members of the household, I wear headphones. The last ones I bought cost me £7 from my local supermarket and they were the most comfortable I have ever worn. I would fall asleep with them on, led on my side. The audio quality was pretty good by my low standards too. But, eventually one side stopped working and the supermarket no longer stocks them. So, I bought these, but they won't be getting much use. However having received them I can no reference to noise cancelling on the packaging or manual, and in using them I am doubtful they are noise cancelling. However, they are comfortable and easy to use. Bluetooth connection was quick and simple. Sound quality is good. Radio and SD card functions work perfectly. Pairs easily with every device I have except 2. And therein lies the problem. I've deducted one star because the phones won't pair with either of my 2 Samsung 4K TVs which is why I bought them in the first place. I've tried everything but no result. I'm not sending them back, however as in every other respect they are excellent and will come in handy for other work.
