It has everything you need to successfully wax your intimate areas. It shipped very fast. I love that it has a warmer. Please be careful because it does get really hot. I prepped, warmed the wax. All very super easy to use and convenient. When I applied the wax, it pulled on my hair more than I would have liked… but when I pulled off maybe 1/4 of the hair came out? I decided to try one more time - same thing! Silly me, I decided to try it on the other armpit. My armpits have been on fire for 24hrs now, red, painful and still have about half the hair left on them so I’m going to have to shave when I can bear it. I wanted to love this! But this is going to be a hard pass. Haven’t tried it on any other body part. I will note that it says to roll directly on the skin, but that was painful and messy. But, i just rolled the wax directly on the paper. When starting a fresh strip, make sure to apply enough wax that it has a smooth, flowing feeling when you roll the wax over it. If you don't, the strip will absorb most of that thin layer and all you'll do is painfully tug on the hairs instead of being able to fully remove them.
