Useless. I ordered this from the seller,only to find out that there was no”glass” only a thin screen.. you have to buy the panels(rip off they dont mention)so it leads me here,only to find out I cannot get the panals at all. So this pet door is useless,you know,if i want to run heat or air conditioning without it going outdoors.Amazon,stop selling and promoting this junk
