The holder however places this as a must have item if you have a Vitamix. While the holder isnt perfect and it may need more iterations to fit every model, it works on my 750 Pro loosely but stable. This is somthing the R&D department of Vitamix should have designed years ago, and should be included with every devices that uses a Tamper. Review: My vitamix 750 pro is about 8 years old and it had become incredibly noisy and was less efficient. I didn't really notice how far it had declined. After figuring out it was the blade and not the bearings, i finally ordered this. I was hesitant to get this blade because it was not a Vitamix product and worried it would not work well. In fact, it was easy to install (though I did not tighten it enough on the first attempt) and it blended much better than the blade I replaced. I have no idea if this is as good as my original blade was when new, but it is working fine and the price was very good.
