**Q: Is this deep enough to fit normal plugs or deeper plugs. One i already purchased wpuld not close?**
A: Hi ya no it only supports standard plugs and not for example RCD, the larger type however you can buy Socket spacers which will allow you to build out from the original socket .. I hope that helps and not confuses you .. Regards Ronnie

**Q: Is this ok for uk plugs?**
A: Fine for all uk double sockets. You need to loosen the front of the socket away from the wall to slide this behind the face of the socket. No need to touch any electrical wiring.

My mother-in-law suffers from dementia. Recently she has been pulling plugs for important electrical appliances - for example the telephone - out of their sockets. I fitted one of these locking covers to prevent her doing this. It was a bit footery to fit but once in place it does the job we bought it to do.
