Review: 9” lid works ok with a 9” le creuset skillet - Once you pop the silicon washer thingies INTO the holes, it’s easy & quick to attach the handle. Everything fits together well & it’s a good seal. You just need a Phillips screwdriver. The outer part of the lid sits just inside the skillet (so it’s not a perfect fit like the 8” lid I bought for my cast iron Lodge pan where the outer part of the lid sits nicely outside the outer edge & the inside just inside the pan), but this will serve its purpose of keeping food from drying out while reheating. The other size Antrader lids seem to have maybe a quarter inch more generous sizing, so it’s odd that the 9” one is skimpier, but 9” lids are hard to find! this one has the kind of handle I wanted & wasn’t the same price as the pan! (I’m looking at you, Mauviel. Tsk.) I think this one is worth the price. I’m happy with the purchase. Review: Absolutely great replacement lid. - Would absolutely buy again.
