What is it made of? Is it polyester? What type of fabric is it made of and stuffed with?** A: I don't think it's sprayed with anything. It didn't have a weird smell to it at all. I'm honestly not sure what it's stuffed with, but it feels like some kind of squishy beads. As for what kind of fabric I'm not sure. It's really soft but not cotton. After reading the description, it says it is filled with "PP Cotton". **Q: What is it stuffed with** A: PP Cotton **Q: Is it firm enough for an adult to use as a pillow?** A: It’s very soft. But is half size of bed pillow. Also the head is higher then the body. Would not be very comfortable for an adult I think. **Q: The pictures show 3 sizes . Can you get different sizes?** A: There were 3 sizes at one point (like more than a year ago). But I have not seen the largest one in stock for almost a year. I am still waiting for it to come back.
