Review: Magic hoodie! - I don't know what kind of magic this thing possesses, but it has really worked for my dog, 75 lb lab mix. For a variety of reasons (combination of aging behavior, health issues, excitable personality, etc.) my dog started waking up frequently throughout the night. Before the happy hoodie, he would pace restlessly in the bedroom or whine until I woke up and we'd go downstairs and lay on the couch. One night I decided to see if this would help - he woke up restless, I gently slipped it on him, and within seconds he was back on the bed and snoozing away comfortably until it was time to get up. I use it during the daytime here and there when he is overly worked up or restless for one reason or another and it has worked consistently for him. Make sure to keep their ears flat against their head underneath the hoodie - takes a second or two to get the fit right but it makes a difference. It worked so well I bought a second one so I could have an upstairs one and a downstairs one. Size large was a good fit. Worth every penny in my opinion!

A: If at least 4 fingers fit comfortably between your pet's head and Happy Hoodie, it's not too tight. For dogs with overly thick necks, fold any excess fabric on the neck onto its head or use your pet's neck measurement for sizing to aid with comfort.

**Q: How does Happy Hoodie reduce noise for my dog? I put this on my head and I can still hear through the fabric.**
A: It's similar to closing off your ear canal by pressing your ear closed with your finger. With the pet's ears covering the ear opening, Happy Hoodie’s gentle compression on the ears closes off the ear canal, which results in reduced noise.

**Q: My dog pawed at it and caused some fraying. Will it still work or will the fraying cause it to fall apart?**
A: Since this is a knitted product, fraying can happen, but Happy Hoodie is very durable! If it gets frayed, it will still keep its stretch and compression and won’t “fall apart”. Just scissor off the frayed material and keep using it as intended.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Worked Great For After Ear Hematoma Surgery!

My poor girl had surgery for an ear hematoma, so I needed something to hold her ears down so she couldn't flap. I got a size large which fit great for my 55 pound lab mix. I found the happy hoodie was fairly easy to fall down to her neck or just get off completely after Ruby got used to it. We started wrapping her ears first with the stretchy self adhesive banages, then put the happy hoodie over that. Worked like a charm! You can't go wrong with the price either. I bought two right away so I could switch off when one got dirty. I did try a couple other brands/hoodies. I ended up returning the others because they didnt work out as well as Happy Hoodie did.
