Titanium Quick Release Keychain, Detachable Double-End Swivel Convenient EDC Key Chain Clip Ring Holder Car Accessory

I purchase 2 of these because I have 2 cars that I commonly drive and they both have their own respective key fobs. Key fobs are typically pretty large and these are no exception. These quick connects do appear to be made of titanium and are very lightweight. I wish they were just a little bit shorter and compact, but with the mechanical nature of the release mechanism that's not possible. The sets I received had 2 different split rings in the box, a typical large one and a smaller more "medium" sized split ring. The presentation is nice and the boxes they come in are a nice touch. With that said, if they pulled back on the presentation a bit they may be able to lower the price a bit. They are a little too expensive for what they are. The "box opener" is a bit of a gimmick, but it's just a bonus and not necessary for the function of the item. Purchased these over the magnetic type because people keep saying the magnets pop out. I don't want to lose a car key because of a shoddy product with a broken/failing magnet. 5 stars so far, but I will update if there are any issues that develop.

The comes in a nice metal container with a foan pad that has cutouts for the keychain holder and one set of rings. Very nice but can't see the need as this is an everyday use item, would have preferred titanium rings instead. Speaking of rings, two sets included, a small set and a bit bigger set made of stainless steel. Did a magnet test and the big set has no attraction but the smaller set is very attracted to the magnet.The keychain itself seems well made and feels and looks like titanium (passes magnet and weight test). The detachment portion of the keychain works well and feels very secure. No accidental detachment seems possible as a pull back motion is required to separate the two parts. While I don't need to detatch the house key from my car key often, it does make the process very easy when I do need to do so.There are a number of these type keychain holders, some added features are used to separate themselves from others. Such as the existence of 360°double-headed rotation (1 would do the job) and the "knife" feature that lets you slit open boxes. The first is a nice feature, I guess but the second seems more of a gimmick. It's too small to be useful and can be a nuisance when detached as the blade is no longer protected and could prick you or your mechanic depending on how you install it.Ultimately I love this item. I did end up using my own (smaller) rings and set up detachment so the bladed end stays with me.
