They're light but sturdy, unlike foam squares which are very flimsy. The self-adhesive backing is easy to remove and strong, so when you place them on the wall they stay put. The variety of colors means you can create any pattern or color gradient for your space. I chose a greyscale combo and it fits together almost perfectly.This isn't really "soundproofing" but what it does is reduce echo and reverberation, which is ideal if you have a small studio space in your home, or a home theater and the acoustics just need a boost. I cannot recommend highly enough. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Overall good but leaves behind sticky residue.. *by K***E on October 2, 2024* I used this in a rental unit to spruce it up a bit but when it came time to move, the hexagons left behind a sticky residue.
