A: Maximum speed of treadmill: 7.6MPH

**Q: What is the distance between each leg on the bottom of the treadmill?**
A: Depending on the speed you select.  I normally keep mine at 1.5 and each legs does around 94 steps per minute.

**Q: It says 340 but if Im 400lbs can I still use this?**
A: they refused to put up my review - i injured myself slit open my foot on the side the belt was not wide enough and then a few days later belt issues it became worthless amazon was good they refunded me - save the box I went and bought one almost 4x the price with insurance this time and it promises 400 pds better to be safe then sorry

**Q: 1st time on it today and after about 10 min it starting making a grinding noise. Has anyone experienced this? Is it normal?**
A: yes -tread belt does not stay stable I had to adjust constantly

This treadmill has been great for us for many reasons. Firstly, it is definitely a spacesaver. The platform is 50 inches by 20. It doesn’t have to be out at all times. When we aren’t using it we simply just push it under our bed. It’s the perfect piece of exercise equipment for smaller areas. It would be great in an apartment or even a dorm room. I love having it nearby in my bedroom. In the mornings I just slide it out from the bed and do my cardio while I watch tv. It is compact and slender. It is not big and bulky like other treadmills, it is very easy for me to maneuver. I also like that it operates as quietly as it does. I am able to use it without disturbing my children who are still asleep. I feel safe walking and jogging on this treadmill. The belt is made of a non-slip texture. The belt is also made of multiple layers which is nice for cushioning as I walk and not as hard on the joints of my knees. The speeds can easily be controlled. One other pro to this treadmill is that there is absolutely no assembly. It comes out of the box ready to use.
