Confidence and convenience, once you master the insert and removal technique best for you!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Converted to menstruales cups now *by H***L on 14 August 2019* Converted to this cup 2 yrs ago and not looked back. It can be tricky at first to get the hang of exactly how high/low to position this(a bit lower than you may think) but since I have, leaks are very rare. Getting it in is akin to posting a letter to oneself followed by opening an umbrella. As with an umbrella there is a moment when it kind of pops into position and is ready to go. I would use a light pad with it until you get the hang of this or ir very heavy days maybe. It is comfortable and durable, fits well size wise, comes out easily. It does get a bit stained overtime but I can Iive with that.
