I didn't have much confidence in either shade or quality of this product at 1st..i chose 4.15 icy chestnut..but wow! I'm so impressed! It is super close, if not identical, in shade to the olia I was using. I have very thick, long hair that is bum length so 2 packs needed & my hair grows really quickly so have to touch up my roots every 2 weeks to re-cover the greys ..The colour has absolutely no smell, either on application or afterwards. The dye is really thick - so no drips, running or mess. It absolutely has covered every single grey, unlike the olia (when I say grey, it is white) The conditioner smells lovely too. My hair is so soft & incredibly shiny. Since I started colouring my hair, some 26 yrs ago, (I'm now 47) this is by far the best product I've ever used!
