I have to take B-Complex and because I have trouble swallowing pills I began researching a liquid alternative and that's when I found the Bio naturals and I have been very satisfied with it and the taste is very good.

I originally bought this for my husband. Then I tried it because I was feeling exhausted for over a week. Wow! I felt amazing.

I make my own energy drinks at home using mio energy and seltzer water, but I noticed that I wasn't getting the same effect that I would get from Red Bull or other energy drinks. Adding this stuff to my morning beverage is what was missing. Tastes good and does the trick. I half the dosage tho. Who needs 3000% DV??

this product is given thru peg tube, so therefore i can not comment of taste of ease of swallowing.

I am tired of taking capsules and pills and wanted to find a liquid form of B-Complex. This product is perfect for me. Some have complained of the taste, but I find it is not bad at all. Just drink a little water after swallowing. It is hard to find a liquid form of B-Complex that is complete. One should always look for Inositol, Choline, Biotin and Pantothenic Acid for proper absorption in a B-complex formulation. This product has it. B-Complex is great for helping the body deal with being under stress, and without it, all types of physical problems will manifest. My advice when using this product, or any B-Complex is to not take it hours before going to bed or you won't get any sleep! It is a definite energizer! I take it in daylight hours at least 8 hours before going to bed. Forewarned is forearmed...... And yes; I plan to continue purchasing this product!
