The gas valve was frozen, we were building a 60K summer kitchen. I purchased the pan and kit from Amazon for 600.00 on 7/1/2018. Or Mason finished on 9/14/2018. I called Amazon and they said it only had 30 day warranty. Good luck explaining to some clown in the Phillipines that you are building an outdoor kitchen. So I called the manufacture and the would not send me another gas valve. Dont buy this crap.
