The case is very good and protects your phone again fall, dust, splash and other conditions, just is little heavy and the screws get loose too easy, you have too tight it every while to don't loose it.

I purchased this case because I'm pretty hard on things. I will say, it seems like it would be pretty difficult to damage my phone while it's installed. However, the swipe functions are basically nonexistent, the s-pen cover doesn't have any kind of catch to it, so it flops open constantly, and the touch screen seems to be less sensitive than it should (though I can't say for sure if that is a fault of the case or the phone) I've lost two of the screws that hold the front plate on because they all backed out on their own (three fell out before I noticed, but I found one in my pocket, luckily) If you plan on keeping this case long term, I would highly recommend blue loctite on the threads to prevent this issue. As far as overall functionality and carrying this around (phone and case weigh 15 oz) I wouldn't recommend this case unless you make a habit of using your phone as a projectile to incapacitate people or small animals.

Pros:I do feel like this case will protect my phone better than most cases. It feels solid and it includes a very thick rubber bumper around the edges. It looks nice when it's new.Cons:It is very large and heavy. The rubber bumper increases the overall circumference of the phone so much that it's very hard to fit in my pocket with the case on.The screen protector doesn't work with the phone's fingerprint sensor. No way around this that I could find, other than actually removing the glass from the front case (but that is possible and works).Screws fall out. I had read in other reviews that you need to check the screws periodically, but I had first one fall out after less than a week. When I screwed the others in again, they were a full 1.5 turns out. Fortunately, the case came with 4 spare screws but I would have gone through those pretty quickly.The back glass covering the camera lenses is not recessed, so every time I lay it down on that side, the glass is getting scratched.The red paint started chipping off of the metal parts after only 4 days of use.All in all, this is not what I expected and my phone looks terrible with the chopping paint, so I decided to return it.

I have this case for my job that has a tendency to make my phone jump from high distances and be in cramped areas with tools grinding against the screen.Even better is when my daughter drops my phone it holds up great.The cons regardless of what tips and tricks I tried I could NOT get the finger print scanner work. It's also significantly heavier than any other phone case I have (but I enjoy it because I know it's in my pocket). The little phone stand is next to useless in my experience. The stylus flap is always coming open. I also can't use right angle cables.All in all I recommend this if your main concern is toughness.

My phone took a drop from about 8 feet high and hit a cement curb on its side. The screen protector broke but my phone is flawless. My old phone was broken much easier with a different brand case. Reached out to the manufacturer and they mailed me a new one right away. Very pleased

It's a little on the heavy sideI was impressed you can still wireless charge with it on.Biggest flaw would be fingerprint no longer works & the screws loosened after a couple drops and fell out to be lost

Does not seal for dirt, dust or debris. Collects moisture inside case when in high moisture work conditions. Really heavy and bulky. Screen scratched way to easy. Overly not happy
