I would say the fabric quality isn’t the very highest, but they are totally wearable and I don’t believe anyone will notice. They are not scratchy or uncomfortable. They do seam to be slightly shorter than average. Yes, they will probably shrink or bleed a little when washed. The instructions suggest handwashing and air dry. I’m sure they would be fine washed in this manner.
