Here is the ingredient list (and it's extremely short compared to most products): Whole Wheat Berries, Raisins (Raisins, Sunflower Oil), Salt, Barley Malt Syrup. So there's less Barley Malt Syrup than there is salt, and as you can imagine, this cereal does not taste salty! Total carbs are 45g, including 6g of Dietary Fiber, and 8g of Sugars (total, including the raisins) **Q: How far apart is the expiration date? There is only so many boxes I can fit in freezer. Also how long does it take to defrost?** A: I am not at home, cannot give you exact info. Order12 boxes a time lasting 6 weeks. Not sure of expiration date but assume it is several months. Never thought of freezing it.
