A girl who never skated but wants to learn on it?** A: This response is from my daughter that has the board. She is 13. It's a really good board to practice learning how to ride a skateboard with. When you're on the board and riding it, it feels effortless. It's also really good for moving to one side or another. The only real downfall is probably that once you pick up speed it's kind of hard to stop because the board is a bit heavy.
