Plenty of room. Bigger than I expected. Drawers have an alternative design on the other side (a hole instead of a notch) so you can choose which side you prefer.

Well made. Narrower than some which is what I needed to go on a mantle shelf. Just needs varnishing which could be helpful if you want to stain it to a specific colour.
