The issue I have has to do with the clasp. I can be walking and bend my wrist or catch my shirt on the release and it releases the watch band as if I was trying to take it off. It needs to be a stiffer release in order to keep it from randomly opening. It didn’t come with the tool to adjust the links, we managed to get it adjusted but literally the band broke within one week of wearing.
