I went to the doctor and he attributed my hair loss to stress and lac of vitamins in a balanced diet. He told me to start taking any supplement with biotin and selenium in it. It is the first time that I buy anything from Iridiem Pharma but so far I have no complaints at all.To start with, this ERiiS for Hair - Hair Food Supplement Capsules Clinically Tested & Proven comes in a carton box with the image of the product and the ingredient specification as you can see from the images attached to my review. Inside you will find a plastic bottle with a safety cap containing 30 capsules for a month supply. The capsules have a very slight soft smell. This is a smell that comes with most capsules. In this case the smell is not overwhelming and it does not affect the intake of the product. The capsule size is average which makes it easy to swallow. I have been taken these capsules for a while know and I can say that they do not affect my stomach in any sense. They are mild and soft for the digestive tract.One of the things that captivates me the most about its ingredients is the combination. Each capsule contains Biotin: 50 mcg, Selenium: 27.5 mcg, Zinc: 10 mcg, L-Methioniene: 75 mg and L-Cystine: 100 mg. Also, Biotin is widely know for its benefits too revitalize the hair, nails and skin. The other two amino acids that integrate these capsules help the zinc and selenium to sustain their changes for longer periods of time.I can not state a complete hair fall stop but I know that it takes time to notice any big changes.
