It has 13. The spacing of the grommets does not match the plastic shower curtain I have behind the curtain causing that curtain to bunch up. I have twelve ocean themed hooks to use with the curtain which means that I either use a non decorative hook or I fold the curtain over and put one hook through two holes. Other than that the shower curtain is very nice. I’m unsure whether I will take it down and return it or keep it and live with it.
