I've tried numerous different products from memory foam to regular foam to pads to wood beads to various pillows. But this seems to be the best of them all.The included & separate piston inflator is good to fill it up initially, but then you can make little adjustments in the pressure when driving by either deflating or pumping a little more in with the enclosed valves. It has a little onboard pump and also a deflation vent - both can be easily accessed as they are on opposite corners of the cushion.
