Everybody that has seen it wants one. No need to recharge it, as other brands require. A little tricky to find the balance point at first, but gets easier after doing it a few times. Just find the point where it lights up when your holding it over the base, and you'll find the balance point. I love it! My only suggestion for improvement would be to have some kind of a dimmer or different colored LED options inside, but that would be a luxury add-on...After about 2 years the machinery inside started buzzing and rattling after a few minutes, causing the globe to fall on the base.
