RIDICULOUS! I must have got the leftovers sent to me. No cooling effect whatsoever. might be a good regular bed topper (not a cooling one) IF the pressure point zones were as described.UPDATE, contacted by company rep, they were very eager to fix the problem. After sending pictures of the product I received, they have offered to refund and replace. Very nice and apologetic for the item that was shipped to me. I would order from them again.2nd UPDATE - received replacement product, exactly as described (3 zones) very comfortable to sleep on.
