I flipped the bike over so it was super simple to put the front tire on and if u find the brakes to tight I just slide my pocket knife in the front which widened it up and it slipped right in. When FedEx delivered the bike they only dropped off the 1 box to me so I didn't get the front tire I called FedEx up and they said no it wasn't on the truck there was only the 1 item. So I contacted eAhora and let them know I didn't get the front tire they got back to me in 13 hours of my email and managed to find the other box that FedEx did have but they broke up the shipment and told me where FedEx had it and when it would be delivered. The brakes are super responsive and fast.
