I am 5'11" (180cm tall), 180 lbs, and it fits me well - on a 4.5 year old kid it would probably be huge. **Q: how would you recommend cleaning it?** A: Hand washing is best and air drying. I ran it with my Gi in the washer once and it stripped some of the adhesive of the chinstrap cloth. The ear piece’s fabric glue also doesn’t hold well if your run it through your washer. Ever since I switched to hand washing, it’s remained the same way for the last few months. **Q: Can this be worn in wrestling match** A: Unknown. It caused so much pain that it was disturbing my trainings, so I decided to try out this guard. For me it works perfectly both for drills and rolls. Although, it does restrict hearing a bit, so you need to move closer to your trainer to hear him/her. I am bold so it fits perfectly tight and it didn’t shift during rolling. The one thing I would recommend though, is to set it up before training, because for me it took a bit of fiddling to find the perfect setting. Overall, I did recommended this to the lads in the club and I am 100% recommending it to everyone for BJJ.
