My two kids (3.5 and 1.5) handle the ipad mini quite often. When I bought the ipad mini, I bought this cover right away and it's been the best decision. The cover is extremely protective. The ipad has been fought upon, thrown away, banged, slammed down and every possible abuse you can think of from two toddlers but the cover amazingly didn't pass any shock to ipad.Following are the Pros and Cons of this cover, based on which I can give 5 stars blindly:Pros:1. The cover is good material, shock absorbing, nice colour.2. It's very easy to put this cover on and Ipad fits perfectly in this cover. Not lose at all.3. It's so handy to hold and move around the ipad. My 1.5 year old learnt moving the ipad by holding the handle. Such ease!4. All the holes are in the right spots. The charging port is covered by a flap which is quite easy to open and close and doesn't both charging cable at all.5. Kids can't remove the ipad out of the cover which is an important factor.6. The cover sits in two positions both of which are comfortable to view.7. This handle with cover has many uses other than holding. I also tried using it to hang the ipad from table or hanging the car for kids in the backseat.8. It's been 8 months of rough use of this cover and there is no wear/tear at all.Cons:1. After putting ipad in the cover, it becomes a little bulky but that's very subjective. It doesn't fit easily in my laptop bag, takes more space but I hardly transport the ipad so that's no bother for me. Some people might consider this in their situations.2. The screen on/off button is a little difficult to access as it's touching the cover boundary. Sometimes you have to turn around the ipad to push the button. Although my 3.5 years easily does that but my 1.5 years old still can't find that button. Personally speaking, it's a non-issue at all as screen can be turned on with main button and automatically turns off after the set timer.I'm extremely happy with the cover and recommended it to my friends and family who all liked the cover and agreed it to be worth better than £50+ covers at much cheaper value. ### ⭐ *Useful for parents/carers of youngens* *by M***M on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 17 February 2020* It is SO difficult to get the iPad into. Like it took 2 weeks deadass and it’s actually okay if your child will throw it around and stuff. The screen won’t be protected so buy a protector if need be but the iPad’s been thrown quite a bit and no damage done which I’m sure is because of the case however the fact the iPad can’t be taken out for a quick clean because getting it back in is next to impossible is extremely annoying and not worth it. But I guess that’s a perk if you don’t want your child to take it off. Also it’s been bitten and the bites leave marks but it’s difficult to rip.
