A: Hi.  It is primarily made from oat flour.  These are pretty good.

**Q: The nutritional info says 6g sugars. is this representing the monkfruit or other sugars?**
A: Label says 0 added so my guess is either monk fruit which I’m not sure of actual sugar content of and any of the other ingredients.
