Not too baggy as previously stated. The sides do flare out a bit but when you're running it doesn't. Still the most comfortable liner I've had. Also still comfortable when fully soaked from rain or sweat.Feels like a lot of fabric, which makes it baggier than expected. Like most running shorts, the stylish side stripe is nice, but adds a bunch of fabric folds that end up flaring out a bit and look weird. Side pocket with storage towards the rear is a good size. These are my first 3 inch from New Balance. Material is excellent, wicking is excellent.But these are short! 3 inch inseam but maybe the way they are cut they feel shorter than my 2 inch Asics.That said, they still cover what needs to be covered and they are modest enough for me. On those hot days I like my shorts short and these fit the bill. No pockets for gels so if you are going longer distance these are not for you. I have shorts with pockets for gels dedicated to my 6+ mile runs.Highly recommend these or the Asics 1/2 split.
