I researched all the larger sling, crossbody, bags here on desertcart and choose this one, not for the number sold, but because it met and as I have discovered, it exceeded my requirement for a bag as close to the one I had to sadly throw away. I would like to offer some hints when using this bag, or one like it. The two clips on the side of the bag are there to keep the top flap from opening too wide when quickly removing a camera and lens. You should position the zipper heads at the back of the bag, lossen the two straps a bit and then when you swing the bag in front, you can open the flap just enough to reach in and grab the camera the straps will hold everything else in place. My only reservation is with the strap design. I wish the main strap were extendable, as I prefer wearing it over my head and across my body without relying on the thinner connecting piece. Using it that way tends to bunch up my clothes and can look a bit awkward.
