My gums have never been so good *by N***P on February 23, 2025* I had an unfortunate experience where a crown failed and created a gum issue. After a minor surgery, the periodontist recommend I use these picks daily, and I have for 5 years. My dental hygienist began commenting how good things look when I saw her 6 months after I started using them, and still today she comments at how these picks truly helped me. They are a bit odd to use at first as the idea of poking thru the spaces between teeth was foreign to me (aside from flossing), but after a while, it feels odd NOT to use them. You should probably try the smallest size that will fit in between your teeth/gums.
