Mix it with maca and beet root, maybe some spirulina and you will not even recognize your own work ethic. Just my experience of course, so do your own research, but everyone I have asked to try them has said the same thing. Great before work, great before studying, and especially great before the gym. Almost feels like a cheat code sometimes. If you're looking to dip your toe into the pool of effects that the mycelium world offers, then this is a gentle introduction. If, on the other hand, you are already acquainted with these things, then you already know what I'm talking about. Give it a shot, I like this brand in particular.

Been using this for over a year and have seen results after first use. It will help you focus, makes you more alert, and also helps you go number 2! Just be careful and start lower than recommended dose. I had to build my tolerance up. Strong, pure ingredients that mixes well in hot water. The smell or taste doesn't affect my drink i mix it in.
