We didn't want to put her through another knee surgery and purchased this brace. She didn't mind wearing it. Easy to put on. She wore the brace for the most part of one month and I can say that in her case it truly worked. The brace will seem like the size won't work at all, but it will. Follow the size guideline for fit. If you alter a bit on the size, my recommendation is to go up one size.
