The only negative thing to be said about this cup is the dang lid is hard to open I never put it on tight but you would not believe that if you saw me fighting to take the lid off for a refill, my husband has asked me several times why I don't use one of our other tumblers since this one makes me work for it and my answer is this cup is perfect once I get the lid off and back on.
