I have been troubled with elbow pain for about six months now, which I have been assured is not tennis elbow but which can be painful and irritating nonetheless. I am pleased with the support the elbow sleeve provides and recommend the product, though it is really important to remember warm up and down exercises / stretching as well. I didn't notice I was wearing it when I was playing and think I have experienced less discomfort than usual. The only thing I am unsure about is how tight the fit should be.
