We have included 4x ice packs in with your ice bath, because buying bags of ice every time can not only get expensive but it’s also an awful lot of effort to have to go out to the supermarket/let alone finding space in the freezer! We have included a foot pump to make pumping up the inflatable ring so much easier, helping you get set up quicker and ready to jump straight into your ice bath. **Q: Do the sides air up or just the ring around the top? I aired up the top but feels like the sides need air to keep it more sturdy.**

So you just air up the top ring. The side is supported by the poles, but they expand out once you fill it with water.

We pack the equipment in a nice and sturdy black box and clear plastic bags which can be used to store it as well.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ice Bath at Home…Everything you need!

This product comes with everything you need to set up your own ice bath at home…a great value for what you get. Not only does it come with a large inflatable ice bath, also include a pump and 4 large ice packs. When it was all set up, was nervous it would not be large enough but surprisingly it fit great. I am 6’0 225lbs and fit fine, have had other family members try it and have had no issues with the size…more spacious than expected. The ice packs themselves didn’t seem to bring the water temperature down enough so I mixed in a bag of ice which worked much faster. It’s been great for joint pain due to autoimmune condition I have and it’s been really good for post workout recovery as well. I don’t use it too often…about once a week currently and it’s been great and holding up well. The quality is not super great so am not sure it will last too long if it’s being used daily but so far so good.
