Terrible quality
I had a delivery and both large parts were completely broken. The shelf is totally useless now and needs to be replaced. The problem is the weight of the parcel. It is heavier than a person. I cannot just take it to the post office to return!

Size matters
After losing it in delivery - and my raising concerns they sent a new one. It's old school assemby - tacks yo hammer in at the back instead of plugs but that's OK. It did the job. Shelving positions are digital - one posistion only, in or out. no raising or lowering. BUT if you need a something of these dimensions for a space you have then this is the one. It was the only one I could find anywhere.

Basic bookcase - you get what you pay for
The parcel delivered by DHL was in a poor state, with holes in the packaging, a few chips in the bookcase frame and the plastic bag containing the screws and parts torn open. Nothing was missing and the damage is mostly hidden, so I didn't return it, but the packaging needs to be more protective. The instructions were not very clear (poor quality print) but the bookcase is quite easy to assemble anyway. For the price, it's basic quality, and it looks cheap. What' most annoying is the strong smell of paint that comes from the back panels. I chose this bookcase because of its dimensions, as it fits just right in the corner of my study, but I'm not sure I'll keep it for long.
