Review: Worked great in my egg tempura. Stuck to carved wood very nicely. - Used in egg tempura (water, egg yolk, pigment) and less than a teaspoon went a very long way. Color is very vivid and the pigment stuck very well to my otherwise very dry and porous driftwood carvings. Could not have been easier to use. It's very fine powder and stains easily (both desired traits for paint pigment) so be careful using around clothing and carpets.

**Q: Can i mix this with boiled linseed oil and mineral spirits to dye my oilskin tarp?**
A: greeting from colorare, 
Natural pigments can be used to dye fabric as long as an appropriate binder is used to "stick" to the fabric.
The binder to use depends on the colour, pigment type and fabric (wool, linen, cotton, …); acetic acid, alum, copper sulfate, iron sulfate, lime, tartaric acid, ... are suitable mordant or dye fixative used to set (i.e. bind) dyes on fabrics.
Suggest trying with a small test batch to confirm results meet expectations.

**Q: How many pounds of concrete (dry) can this color to look like terracotta?**
A: Greeting from Color rare , 

To obtain a terracotta colour , we would recommends using a mix of red iron oxide , brown and orange pigment . 
Depending on the desired colour  and colour of ciment/concrete mix the ratio of pigment will be different . 
Red iron oxide on its own will give more a pink to red colour pallette .

**Q: Can I use this to dye concrete after it's dry?**
A: Hi !!

The pigment can be sprinkled on a wet concrete surface , which can then be burnished with a trowel ( or brushed) to create unique effects. 
And pigment can also be added to the concrete sealer/protective coat .

**Q: Does this work in epoxy resin?**
A: Greeting from COLOR RARE , 
Yes oxides pigment are compatible with epoxy . 
We recommends mixing the pigment with a small amount of resin and then had it to the rest of your epoxy for a better dispersion of the colour and to avoid lumps .

Used in egg tempura (water, egg yolk, pigment) and less than a teaspoon went a very long way. Color is very vivid and the pigment stuck very well to my otherwise very dry and porous driftwood carvings. Could not have been easier to use. Some of the product attached to the packaging bag, but good quality powder. Very soft, fine, and vibrant. It blends perfectly for inks. I placed mine in a clear Mason jar for better storing since the product bag isn't resealable.
