It even came with little silicon pads to place under base to keep it from sliding around on the floor. The toilet paper holds on there with no issues, and I like the fact that there is a small bar that keeps the bottom roll off of the base in case if the floor flooded. The first time I went to use it, it was a little wobbly, but whoever did the tiles on our floor just eyeballed it, so it's not exactly even. I moved it over to one solid tile and it was fine. I think if they used a thicker bar, then that would add it's sturdiness. I LOVE the shelf!
