Use it almost every 2-3days. And love it. One of the best purchase I've ever made. I 1st fell in love with steam room recovery sessions by going to my local leisure centre and using that. But got sick of travelling & having the expense. As always, I did lots of research into this buy. At 1st being unsure whether I would get the same effects. To say I've been blown away is an understatement! As your in a smaller confined space with it being a 1-man tent. The steam unit is so effective and I'm honestly dripping with sweat in the same 10mins I would normally be. The packaging & delivery is brilliant. Everything you need in 1 box. I'm not great at building things. But this can be up and running in literally 10-15mins. Simple connections from the unit to the tent. Simply put water into the unit, turn on and set your temperature & time. You can even add essential oils into the water if you want. Wait 10mins or so and boom. Hop in, sit back, zip up & chill! The outer mat provides plenty of protection from damp. Which there never is. And I can be using for up to 1hr. I have mine set up in a bedroom with carpet & it's never damp. The room when you open the tent after use never fills with steam & causes problems. I would also like to mention, that as of March this year. My steam unit must of had some sort of fault and stopped working. After reaching out to Runitude to see if they could help. They provided one of the best customer service I've ever had. Replying on a late Sunday night, the issue was sorted immediately! Replacement sent out express the next day & arrived 2 day later. I only expected the unit to be replaced as that's all that was wrong with the product. But was amazed to see a brand new full kit. If you live in a hard water area to keep it completely limescale free you should rinse and dry the generator each time to prevent any hard water from drying/causing limescale. Also I would recommend using filtered water in your steamer as this reduces the calcium carbonate in the water before it goes into the generator. If you already have limescale in your generator the best way to clean it out is to mix half white vinegar and half water and leave to soak for an hour or two, then rinse thoroughly through before you use it again. **Q: What are the dimensions of the sauna?** A: 60 mins max. The tent is basic and lightweight, I’m not sure how it would take to being packed and unpacked repeatedly and you wouldn’t want to be too rough with the zip. However, have it permanently in place and I’m careful with it. It holds the stream, no leaks and is easy to wipe dry after use to keep it fresh. I’m 5’5” and chair is fine for me, but if you were a tall man, it might be a little tight. A regular camp chair could possibly fit! Water heater is simple to use, I put preboiled water into it, to speed it up, so it’s pretty much hot when given 5 minutes to fill the tent. Comes with two mircofibre towels and bags which is a nice little extra.
