DexasSuperboard Pastry Board and Cutting Boards, Set of Two, Midnight Granite Color

I bought one of these to use for more counter space in my trailer, then liked it so much I ended up getting a second one to use as a sink cover to get MORE counter space. They look great and are sturdy and attractive.

It works wonderfully. It makes my dough handling well. I’m so proud of this purchase.

Solid, slim, fits great when height is an issue.

This cutting board is now my main cutting board for fruits and veggies. The board is HUGE, which is both good and bad. It fits into a large cabinet drawer, but just barely. Although it is dishwasher friendly, I have been unable to test that feature because the cutting board is too big to fit inside my dishwasher. However, it is big enough for me to cut up a whole variety of vegetables for stir fry or salads without having any of the various items piled on top of one another, which is really nice. If I need to chop up a large amount of things, this cutting board is great.After using this cutting board for awhile, it does have some scratches on it, although none of them are deep like some other plastic cutting boards I have owned in the past after a similar amount of wear. The scratches are all superficial, and although visible, are not deep enough to get food stuck in. The black color helps to hide stains and discolorations that typically plague plastic cutting boards. Although it doesn't fit inside the dishwasher, it is very easy to clean and dry. the water will run right off of the cutting board once it is turned vertically. This is also really good for cutting things like tomatoes for sauce, where you want to retain as much of the juices as possible. I have not had any problems with juices running off the sides of the cutting board while I am cutting. The texture of the board keeps the juices contained really well. The board's texture is not smooth. It's kind of a sandpaper-y texture without feeling coarse.Over all, i really like this cutting board, and I am glad that I bought it. I think that the price is good for the product, and I would easily recommend it for someone looking for a good cutting board that isn't going to break the bank.

I'm a software engineer by trade, and I play a lot of PC games (mostly first-person shooters), so I spend a lot of time pushing my computer's mouse around. I've spent (literally) hundreds of dollars trying to find the best/smoothest/lowest friction mouse pad available (some gaming mouse pads can cost $40-$50). I spotted this "cutting board" at Target while shopping and thought it might make a decent hard mouse pad (at a fraction of the price). I was right... the friction (using either Logitech MX Revolution or Razer Copperhead mouse) is as low as any mouse pad I've ever used, and the tracking is excellent (using the "Midnight Granite" color cutting board). This thing is HUGE for a mouse pad, which is good because it gives me extra movement (handy when sniping in TF2). The large size is also nice because if necessary it could easily be cut with a power or hand saw to whatever size/shape you need. If you like a smaller mouse pad, there's a smaller (and less expensive) version of this cutting board available. I've been using this for a couple weeks now, and there is absolutely no sign of wear on it. If it does ever get worn down (which I doubt it will), I'll just flip it over and use the other side (which has the same textured surface). The surface is textured just like some of the high-priced hard plastic gaming pads. As a bonus, the speckled black granite finish looks good, too!Update 2014-01-18: It's been well over 5 years since I started using this cutting board as a mouse pad... and I'm still happily using it. There are no signs of wear.

Dexas Superboard Pastry Board (No Handle). I bought this exact same one years ago at Target, but they no longer carry it. So, I was thrilled to find it here on Amazon. Unfortunately, I accidentally placed a hot frying pan on it, and it melted away, leaving me disappointed. I had had this board for over 5 years & it still looked brand new (excellent quality) as the same day I purchased it. As you can see from the picture, I keep it on my counter for daily use, rather than using it as a pastry board as stated in the title. I love this granite board so much that I just ordered 2 more, just in case they become unavailable in the future.

I got this to be part of a coffee cart I created with an end table as a gift to someone. I was so thrilled to find the size at this price point and I suspected I’d want the cutting board. When it came, I was so jealous. It’s nice. And if you do a lot of meal prep this large size is so great.

I was hesitant to purchase this one since it was so inexpensive. I'm sure glad I did. It does everything I want in a cutting board; it stay clean (after washings), the cut marks hardly show, correct size and easy to wash. I bought the oatmeal one because I had a black one before and it showed more of the cut marks.

En 2019, compré la más grande (14 x 17 in) para un lugar muy concurrido; soportó los embates y malos tratos de cientos de personas, hasta que, recientemente, alguien se la robó. La vuelvo a comprar pues demostró su durabilidad por casi 5 años.

Tive um problema com a primeira entrega, solicitei a troca via telefone, fui muito bem atendida pelo Juan, que me orientou de forma clara e precisa como deveria fazer. Deu super certo, foi muito tranquilo todo o processo. Valeu a pena solicitar a troca e não o reembolso pois a tábua é linda, não é grande o bastante para grandes trabalhos culinários como abrir massa de macarrão, mas tem um tamanho satisfatório para trabalhos menores, não experimentei ainda para corte, mas acredito que para isso irá marcar com o tempo pois o material é um pouco diferente das tábuas de corte da mesma marca, tenho 5 tábuas dessa marca especialmente para cortes, e essa especialmente parece ser mais frágil e com menos qualidade para cortes com faca, pois é uma tábua de pastelaria, para preparo ou para servir.

Durable, sturdy and good looking. This fits the top of my stainless steel sink perfectly - works like a countertop extender and a 'lid' for the sink. Provides lots of extra prep space and also covers the pile of dirty dishes lurking underneath! Measure your sinks and buy with confidence!

We use both of these cutting boards all the time! We use these in the dishwasher and they seem to be holding up well. Great price and love the colour.
