It held a charge for a long time, until it died. I used it almost daily since last June. So I it lasted about 8 months. I assume the battery died. First of all, the milk frother is a great product and works so well for my morning coffee. The noise level is great and not loud. I use it twice a day, and am very happy with it. Unfortunately after about 10 months of use the milk frother decided to stop working. It was overheating and having no power, I’m assuming something with the battery was defective. While I hadn’t went through and registered the 2 year warranty with the Foodville company when I first got it, I did when I realized it was still under the two year mark. The response was quick and helpful and within a day I had a great convo with Elisa from their customer support. She sent me a new one without any need to send back the defective frother, which was pretty helpful. 6 days after contacting them I got my new milk frother in hand. The product may not last as long as I thought, but the customer service is extremely quick with their response and so helpful with any questions. I would recommend it.
