She's more on par with the other McFarlane figures like DC and Spawn in scaling. I have no idea why they did this, but I am not complaining. 3) The color on the tail might be right for the game, but it's wrong for Ariel. In the film, she had what was basically an aqua-toned lower half. This is more... snake or vine green. It's not horrible, and certainly Ariel has been depicted with a tail this color before. But it's not her best look. Overall, though, yes, this is worth $40 for Ariel.
