I ordered this charger to replace the one that came with my laptop. The original charger was slipping out of the port, so I wasn't sure this was going to work. However, it's flawless! The cord is a little smaller than the one that came from the factory, but it works for me so I'm happy.The brick is going to get hot like they all do when you're doing intensive stuff but I've never had an issue with it. Just don't touch it. Someone wrote about the battery getting hot and bubbling up — that plastic needed to be removed. There was nothing wrong with the product.If this happens to die in a few months, I'll come back and update, but so far, it is a perfect replacement.

Great replacement cord for asus laptop. All plugs work and are secure. Plug is standard american and fits in to outlets smoothly. No issues.

In my opinion, it is an excellent choice for someone who needs a replacement or an extra charger for their Asus gaming laptop.Before connecting it, I tested the voltage, which was 19.93 volts. The OEM charger, by comparison, was 20.17 volts. By my standards, that's as close to perfect as you could expect.The connector is literally identical to the OEM charger, so the fit was perfect for my G14, and the cable quality is excellent . However, there are two adapters included, I assume the adapters may be necessary for some of the supported laptops. The adapters appeared to be of the same quality as the charger, and their fit with the charger plug is snug and secure. I would have no concerns if the adapter was required for my use case.This charger stayed cool during general laptop use. It got reasonably hot while gaming, but it was comparable to the temperatures maintained by the Asus-supplied charger when performing those same functions.The fit and finish of this charger, compared to the original, is very good. It isn't identical, but it seems to be of similar build quality. It is larger than the original Asus charger and weighs 80 grams (2.8oz) more. Again, a reasonable variance, in my opinion.I think this would be a solid purchase and a good value for anyone who needs a replacement or an extra charger, and I definitely recommend it.

No problems running on my Asus whatsoever. Plug fits perfectly without popping out or needing to be forced. More heavy duty cords than the original came with. Works fine with vehicle power inverter without dropout (when vehicle is running, while using vehicle APU, when strictly on battery power down to about 11v). Runs cool compared to original.Highly recommendTested using Asus Rog Strix (G713) at home and in friend's semi.

Needed a spare so I didn't have to always bring the only charger I have with it when moving from place to place. Now I leave it and I have a charger in both places I go to so that's the reason why I got it. It works to charge my G14 laptop from 2021. It has the same output and even has the asus logo on the front. Only difference is that it is slightly bigger than the original. Other than that it works just the same. If you are looking for a repalcement this one is good and not bad for the price. Just note it is slightly bigger and heavier.
